Launching from the Harbour under the famous king john’s castle, our fleet of boats offer you the fastest and slowest ways to see the beautiful Carlingford Lough. Louth Adventures begins its sea adventures by cruising along the Lough at either 40km/h or 10km/h as we cross the lough. Along the way, our experienced and qualified skippers will provide a fascinating array of information including the myths and legends of the area.
A trip through the lough showcases the wondrous surroundings whilst captivating your curiosity for the sea and the history of times past. You will come away from this experience with lovely memories and a great insight into this ancient region.
Offer a fun and safe way to try exciting outdoor adventures. They welcome families, groups, and individuals. There are full day and half day options available throughout the year, and kids camps during Easter, Summer, and Halloween/Autumn.
Carlingford Sail Training Centre has promoted sailing and sailing instruction since its inception in 2002. Racing, cruising, adult learn to sail programs, and summer sailing camps for children have long been part of the on-water activities enjoyed on Carlingford Lough.
